18-JAN-’12: Currently we are in the process of improving/updating our internet program guide (IP-EPG). This has affected the performance the last week. We hope to finish it by this week. We apologize for any inconveniency caused. Note: This is only affecting TV in countries where IP-EPG is activated and only if consumers choose to use IP-EPG. The broadcasters’ EPG (DVB-EPG) is not affected.

Update 1 (24.1.2012):

24-JAN-’12: We are in the process of improving/updating our internet program guide (IP-EPG). This will neg. affect the performance, esp. around prime time (18:00 – 21:00). We hope to finish it ASAP, and apologize for any inconveniency caused.
Note: This is only affecting TV in countries where IP-EPG is activated and only if consumers choose to use IP-EPG. The broadcasters’ EPG (DVB-EPG) is not affected.

Update 2 (27.1.2012):

27-JAN-’12: IP-EPG maintenance is ready.

der IP-EPG von Philips basiert auf Daten von tvtv. Nachdem nun tvtv von gracenote übernommen worden ist, stellt Philips nun den Dienst auch um.

Dabei scheint aktuell nicht alles glatt zu gehen und es gibt einige Probleme damit.

Yes, IP-EPG is down.
We installed an update, but it fails.
We are performing a roll-back.
Expect it active in about one hour.
Sorry.

Der (alte) IP-EPG soll aber inzwischen wieder gehen – dazu einfach den TV einmal neustarten.
