der Cloud-Gaming-/Streaming-Gaming-Anbieter OnLive beendet zum 30.4.2015 seinen Service im Rahmen der Übernahme durch Sony. In Deutschland wird dies jedoch keine Auswirkungen haben, da der Dienst hier noch gar nicht gestartet war.

On April 2nd, 2015 OnLive announced the full shut down of the OnLive Game Service as per April 30th, 2015 due to the sale of its various assets to Sony Computer Entertainment.
As a consequence, the OnLive application will no longer be available after April 30th, 2015 on all Philips Smart TV’s powered by Android. More information about the discontinuation of the OnLive Game Service is available through: https://games.onlive.com/farewell/games
We continue to be dedicated to deliver a rich Philips Smart TV experience to our customers, with a wide range of services, from infotainment and catch-up TV to games and Video on Demand. Therefore, if you have purchased a Philips Smart TV powered by Android with a game controller and a six month OnLive subscription for free, the following applies:
- The game controller will work for the wide variety of games still available on your Philips Smart TV powered by Android;
- We are currently investigating suitable alternatives to compensate for the discontinuation of part of the six months free of charge OnLive Game Service that was offered with your Philips Smart TV powered by Android
Customers with a paid OnLive subscription will no longer be charged.
