I just took the TPM191E_R.101.001.079.005 ON MY 55PUS8205/12 AND ITS COMPLETELY WRECKED THE TV ITS NOW ALL JUMPY AND SCREEN IS JUMPING ALL OVER. I WOULDNT ADVISE AND AM CURRENTLY TRYIN TO DOWNGRADE
is there a way i can get the links for the TPM191E _ 001.002.173.010 – Date: 2020/04/20 ( Upgrade_Loader )

bei mir ist es seid dem Update richtig schlimm. TV schauen ist nicht mehr drin. nach Senderwechsel ist der Ton nicht mehr über
Soundanlage zu hören. wechselt man häufiger den Sender friert der tv ein und nichts geht mehr
So kurze Rückmeldung. Bei mir läuft der 7304 mit der Software wieder normal. Es waren irgendwelche Google app Updates die mein kabel Programm zum abstürzen brachten. Habe alle Updates gelöscht nun läuft er wieder
Also das war mal ein Update der schlimmen Art, bei mir kein Ton mehr über die Internen Lautsprecher. Ton kommt nur noch über AV-Receiver. Ganz egal was ich in den Einstellungen auswähle. Hoffe das wird schnell behoben.

O im so Piss** it was perfect before the upgrade last night and the upgrade all seeming installed no problems, yeah I have reset it about 5 times, tried disabling all the apps to see if an app was causing an issue no joy, now still exactly the same almost like a driver error you would see in windows. I unplugged from the wall all night still no joy, all inputs unplugged but if you try an input you just get a huge Fuzz on all ports! its seriously damaged the TV. I have started a ticket with Philips also direct in case this issue hits other users. I have had Sony Android and Sharp android for years only minor issues that got fixed with updates and always enjoyed the updates I’m a tech so always take them when they first land but will definitely be taking auto-update off the Philips from now on, hopefully, they can fix via another update I don’t fancy sending it back it’s only 3 months old. If I could get the onedrive links on here and get TPM191E _ 001.002.173.010 – Date: 2020/04/20 ( Upgrade_Loader ) I will downgrade and see if the issue goes away.

Ich habe dieselben Probleme wie Thomas. Mit der neuen Firmware bleibt nach dem EInschalten der HDMI-Ton stumm, und nach ein paar mal Umschalten hängt sich der Fernseher auf. Thomas, kannst du kurz beschreiben welche Updates du wo deinstalliert hast? Ansonsten wäre ein “Upgrade-Loader” für “PM191E _001.004.100.000” toll! :)

Kein Ton mehr über HDMI wenn arc genutzt wird. nach kurzer Zeit hängt sich TV komplett auf. Hilft nur vom Strom zu trennen. Playstation per HDMI über Receiver durchgeleitet funktioniert einwandfrei.
Bin komplett genervt….
