am 29. März 2017 wird in vielen Regionen Deutschlands DVB-T abgeschaltet und DVB-T2 HD geht in den Regelbetrieb. Dieser Blogeintrag soll ein wenig zur Orientierung dienen, welche Philips TV-Modelle /-Geräte DVB-T HD unterstützen.
Allgemeines:
DVB-T2 HD nutzt in Deutschland als Kompressionsalgorithmus H.265 (auch HEVC genannt)
Alle Philips TV-Geräte Baujahr 2014 und älter können über die internen Tuner kein DVB-T2 HD empfangen
es gibt TV-Modelle, die DVB-T2 laut Datenblatt unterstützen, jedoch nur mit dem Komprimierungsalgorithmus H.264 (wird beispielsweise in Skandinavien genutzt)
An der TV-Modellbezeichnung kann man ablesen, ob der TV einen DVB-T2-Tuner enthält:
xxPXT xxxx/xx – hier ist das T wichtig (analog, DVB-C, DVB-T(2))
xxPXS xxxx/xx – hier ist das S wichtig (analog, DVB-C, DVB-T(2), DVB-S(2))
Es werden unverschlüsselte (z.B. die Öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender) und verschlüsselte Sender übertragen. Um verschlüsselte Sender zu entschlüsseln/ansehen zu können, ist ein CI-Modul + Smartcard (für die man ein Abo benötigt) notwendig.
Bei Unsicherheiten im Datenblatt im Abschnitt Tuner nach “DVB-T2 HD” (das HD ist wichtig) schauen

Falls nicht alle Sender gefunden werden, muss der Sendersuchlauf angepasst werden: beim letzten Schritt vor dem Start der Suche nochmal auf “Einstellungen” gehen und dort unter Frequenzsuche “Vollständig” wählen
Ansonsten im Menü Sender -> Antennensuchlauf -> Digitaler Empfangstest -> Frequenz eingeben -> Suchen -> Speichern
