I would go with the 2021 model – the hardware platform is better (Mainboard – CPU – RAM etc.)

The 55OLED856 looks better. I have problems to find it with a reasonable price, 806 is easier to find.

The 55OLED8656 and 55OLED806 are the same?. The difference betweeen both is only the TV stand?.

yes – 806, 856 and 876 are exactly the same. Only difference are the stand and the RC.

I told that I’ve got a 55POS9002. The TV after 4 years looks still impressive. The only important problem is the ABL with HDR contents, the image loss bright in dark scenes.
The bright in 9002 is very good, and in early models (2020-2021) some people says that look more darker. I supposed than the change of POS9002 to OLED806 will have an important change of image quality, but right now I’m not so sure. Would it be interesting to wait for the 2022 807 model that brings a new LG panel model?.
Sorry for so many questions, the truth is that I have doubts if the change can be a correct decision…
