    Hi,

I upgraded my 55OLED854 with the new firmware.
No problems during the upgrade process, but I can no longer access files on my external USB drive.
All folders appears empty, but they are not. Probably an issue with permissions in Android 11.

So now I want to downgrade following instructions here:

    Philips: Upgrade/Downgrade mit Upgrade Loader

From what I understand the TPM191E_101.002.144.000 – Date: 2021/11/26 upgrade_loader is the correct file to use,
    is this correct?

jabb That’s not Android problem, You probably made TV factory reset so You did must authorize your HDD to the TV again, after that all old recorded files are gone or unvisible for TV.
I didn’t make reset so I can see them all.

    C99:
I did not factory reset the TV after upgrading to Android 11.
But how can I authorize the HDD?

I must inform you about a problem I’ve seen from the last android 11 firmware update. My TV now has a burn in (top corner of the screen). A logo (not very important burn for now) is visible on white screen and a red point (part of the logo) is visible on red screen.

I observe that the screen shifting is like disable or not frequent as it used to be and the light diminution around fixed parts is not important enough.

You can start a longer screen cleanup manually on your OLED: on my 804 under General Settings/Advanced/Screen Settings. However, this takes a long time (well over an hour) and should only be done as an exception.
Do you take your OLED off the power? If so, then your screen cleanup may not be working.
What does the service menu (123654) say. Under CSM 5 / 5.2 you can read how much time has passed since the last quick cleanup. After about 4 hours the cleanup should be done automatically.
With my OLED 804, I can not determine any problems with ATV 11 during the cleanup. But I’ll keep an eye on it in the CSM.

Thanks you Uli. I did two long screen cleanup since I discover thé burn in. I test some flashing/colored vidéos on you tube designed to clean OLED burn too, without success at all. No I’m back to Android 9, the pixel shifting is ok now, but it’s to late. Thanks

Chrostophe: It looks stupid to me. I think it has nothing to do with Android 11, You can’t destroy OLED display in just few days. How do You know pixel shifting did not work and now it works again? Of course You can’t.

@Adam. It’s probably a coincidence as you said… But, since three years I own this TV, I saw how it works (some people claim in this forum about pixel shifting inconvenience), and of course i can see it. Idem for the dimming around logos that is not so important in this firmware. You’re right when you say it has nothing to do with Android 11, but don’t forget it’s a complete Philips TV Tpm191 firmware based on Android 11, possibly with bugs. I just wanted to inform people about my constatations. I’ll wait official firmware update as a précaution.

The pixel shifting visibly works also with ATV 11 on my OLED 805
