Can’t we download TPM231WW: 201.100.146.207 as upgrade loader?

you should stay on your version… if you read this thread, there are too many issues with the latest update (which was stopped by Philips).

my panel 50-8808/62 with latest update xxxx.207
PQ a little bit good+homogenity more stable+and some plus things
but I got issue with on/off remote! r.commander and remote board is OK
and I assume that this issue through HDMI-Main board compability
but still today my Servise dept. does not resolve the problem even they do not know
the main problem!
btw they downgrade my latest f/w fm 207 to 202 but on/off issue still persist
and another surprise service delivered my TV a “panel damage”(permanent stains)!!
and TV stil does not on or off!

Hi zusammen,
wollte nochmals nach längerer Zeit berichten wie der Stand mit ATV 14 bei meine OLED808 ist. Läuft wie schon berichtet als so wie es sein soll und alles stabil dazu ohne Ausfälle!
Nur die Prime Video App bringt auch nach dem neusten Update vom 28.08.25 immer noch die Tonausgabe in Stereo. Also Prime Update wieder zurückgesetzt ( wie schon mal berichtet ) und die Ton Ausgabe läuft wieder in 5.1 . Also abwarten wann Prime das mit den nächsten Updates hin bekommt.
Irgendwie seltsam, dass die Updates immer solche Probleme auslösen. Wäre echt mal super wenn auch mal alle Updates funktionieren.Ich hoffe, dass bei Euch demnächst auch keine Probleme mehr auftreten.

How can Philips be so slow to release an update so that their customers don’t have TV products that no longer work? That’s completely unacceptable.
Bin auch schon gespannt wann das Update zum fixen kommt. Schnell sind die aber nicht. Echt traurig 😢
Why do you say there won’t be an update coming soon that fixes it? I expect there are people from Phillips 24/7 trying to fix it! It’s their high-end TV they’ve ruined. It’s not their budget series that’s useless. If they don’t fix it within 1 week, they’ll have to replace my TV with one that works.

Bei 1080p war es nicht weg. Komischer FW Fehler.

Sie entwickeln und veröffentlichen so schlechte Software? Die Chinesen werden sie locker schlagen.
I’ve got also problems with the 55OLED909/12 and firmware xxx.207. Today I’ve spend all day long with investigating the issue why my AVR’s startscreen does not appear when I switch to eARC HDMI2 input. There’s no problem running the Apple TV, Bluray player etc. all connected with the AVR directly, but when I try to activate the AVR’s config screen, TV says that there’s nothing connected. It worked reliable before.
I’ve found out the it works when connecting the AVR to the other HDMI inputs (without eARC), screen comes up. So I’ve tried to deactivate eARC (easy link) settings in the TV’s menu and chose the HDMI2 source. As a result the screen came up, too.
So, I’m pretty disappointed the Philips released a very buggy firmware where I’ve to disable eARC to reach the AVR’s config menu. I’m working as an electronics and software engineer for many years now, among other things as software test engineer. What Philips has released as an update does not even fulfil the quality of a beta version.
In contrast I made the test with the XGIMI beamer where it still worked as it should.
Frustrating.
btw. das HDMI CEC “Spam” Problem/Flackern (bei Nutzung von TV + Monitor am PC) wurde im neuen Nvidia Driver 581.15 behoben. Kann jetzt endlich EasyLink/eARC etc. nutzen ohne das mein PC Monitor an/aus geht.

Seit dem Update TPM231WW_R.201.100.146.207 flackert der Bildschirm wenn an meiner PS5, VRR aktiviert ist. Außerdem kommt es alle 2 Tage vor dass sich der Fernseher nicht mehr einschalten lässt wenn er im Standby war. Es hilft dann nur noch das ziehen des Netzsteckers
