If you disable wake-on lan under network settings, standby consuption drops to zero even on latest android tv 11 update

    Ff, what TV you have?

It seems that most problems with android 11 firmware is with PUS series TVs.

    My tv is a pml9506.
Disabling wolan solved standby power consumption. It is around 0.3w now.
Some sony tvs had the same problem with wolan or airplay enabled so i tried the same

If only they could unlock full PCM (5.1 or 7.1) and lossless DTS-HD and TrueHD output from internal apps… Would be perfect with Steam Link or Moonlight game streaming.

I like this firmware update for the 9206. Before there was no VRR with 120hz/4k. Now there is VRR in monitor mode with 120hz/4k. No HDR with VRR and 120hz/4k, yet.

One annoying issue on the 9206 is that when VRR is enabled, the screen goes into some annoying overdrive mode and there’s bad ghosting in games occasionally.

Issues I have so far since updating to this firmware on my OLED806:
    – Stuttering while streaming with the Amazon Prime app (could fix this by reinstalling all updates for the app and turning off all motion smoothing features.)
    – Crackling sound on the Netflix App in quiet scenes (sound modes do not change this and my volume is never above 12, where it was fine previously.
    – I also saw, via the light of my usb stick on the tv, that it does not turn off correctly anymore. The stick is warm from constant use and it’s light never turns off, when the TV should be in standby. (I haven’t checked it’s standby power consumption yet)

I noticed since the last update that the DATA folder is not accessible anymore. (65oled856)
I tried several file managers and none of them can access any folder in the DATA folder, the folder seems for most apps empty.

I rebooted the TV, i reinstalled the apps, i revoked the rights and gave new permission but nothing seems to work.

At the moment it seems impossible to access the data folder.

Due to this a lot of apps cannot be configured anymore, for example KODI, it is impossible to upload a custom advanced config file, also when an app creates a backup file it is impossible to download it or upload an old backup file to import….

Does anyone have the same problem and found a solution for this problem?

    I’m having a problem with my OLED806

THE TV is now using excessive power in standby mode. I have tried turning off all wake up features / wake using land / update when in standby etc.

    Still no luck. Anyone else?
