    Sorry,

a mistake, I wanted to tell… “SDR” in fist line.

@Sandro, the level of darkness in SDR is higher than in HDR. It’s right, in SDR normally doesn’t happen, because “darck scenes” have more bright. I’ve tryed with long scenes in SDR that have a very low brightness, and the result is the same.

Philips doesn’t provide a solution to this issue. A few weeks ago I tryed to watch in HDR this movie: “Underworld: Blood Wars (2016)”, and it was imposible see 5 minutes without this problem (of the 90 that the film lasts), amazing….

    @Sandro

Come to think of it, I think that the new firmwares that Philips is releasing are the same for the 903 (2018) and 55POS9002 (2017) models, and perhaps that firmware is optimal for the 903, but not for the 9002. They should check if the firmware for the 9002 should be specific to this model.

Hi, here I am again, sharing my bad experience with oled TV 55POS9002 from 2017 here.
A few days ago while I was watching TV I heard a bang and the TV died. It does not turn on anymore!
After only four years, my OLED TV philips left me.
    That’s all.

sounds like the power supply is broken.

I think so too. Fortunately, I had extended the warranty up to five years. I’ll let you know.

    Tach zusammen,

So streamt mein 803 seit kurzem neue Inhalte in Netflix.

    Tachchen,

das sieht nach Kompressionsartefakten aus. Lösch mal den Cache der Apps.

    Ja – definitiv.

    Alles schon probiert!
    – Cache gelöscht (keine Änderung, Netflix und Prime selbes Bild)
    – TV zurückgesetzt, alle Daten gelöscht (keine Änderung)
    – TV mit USB Stick und PKG Update komplett runderneuert
Nach dem er fertig war … Nur mit WiFi verbunden, und Netflix gestartet … :-)

TV, danach fertig eingerichtet (Sendersuchlauf, Google Konto, Google Updates) …

    Danach Netflix wieder getestet ….

    Läuft also wieder …
