Hallo,
ist es auch möglich bei einem 55PUS8809/12 das Mainboard (falls nötig auch Netzteil etc.) eines anderen 55 Zoller zu nehmen. Mit der gleichen Software bzw. die Software des anderen 55 Zoller ? Oder bekommt man das nicht zum laufen ? z.B. des 55PUS8700 oder eines anderen.Fernsehen über HDMI reicht mir und ich brauche die restlichen Anschlüsse nicht.

8700 = 2015er TV
8809 = 2014er TVwird nicht gehen. Panel und AL etc. muss dafür programmiert werden – ist ja komplett andere Hardware.

Hatte gelesen das jemand bei einem 60PFL6008K/12 ein 47PFL6198K/12 Mainboard eingebaut hatte. Hat wohl auch geklappt bis auf das der Fernseher dachte das es eben nun eine andere Fernseherbezeichnung hat.
Daher dachte ich das könnte eventuell auch bei mir klappen. Müsste nicht auch etwas anderes als das 8809er reingehen ?
Programmieren ist wahrscheinlich nicht so einfach oder mit einem Softwareupdate über USB getan oder ?
Unser 49PUS7909/12 mit neuester Firmware AND1E 10.170 läuft eigentlich (!?) ganz flüssig und fehlerfrei. Sporadisch reagiert er nur sehr sehr zeitversetzt auf die Tasten der FB, teilweise muss man den Stecker ziehen, um ihn auszuschalten. Und es gibt Tage, da startet er einfach ins Recovery-Menü und selbst dann nützt auch hier ein “reboot now” nichts. Ich krieg ihn erst wieder zum Laufen, indem ich über das Recovery Menü und USB die vorhandene Firmware erneut einspiele. Was kann hier kaputt sein? Wirkt für mich wie ein Software-Problem, oder???

I recently purshased a second hand 55PUS8809/12 which I’m trully happy of.
This thing is I’m desperatly trying to update its firmware, without any success.
The current version is AND1E.0.9.203.0 ; first of all, I looked at all possible archives and never found that version in them.
Nevertheless, I tried to update this firmware through Internet as well as with a USB-stick, the same thing always happens:
The TV downloads the update, the TV asks me to press “OK” to restart, the TV restarts and one minute later I’m back to my previous screen (HDMI). Long story short, nothing happens. When I go back to the settings (or to the CSM screen) to look at the current version, it’s always the same version that shows up: AND1E.0.9.203.0
I took contact with Philips customer care, which sent me an update loader (QM151E_000.026.070.001) to force the update.
I respected precisely the process and once again, nothing happens. The TV simply (re)starts without making any change.Did someone experience the same thing?
Can anyone help me identify where the problem’s coming from?
I tried to update with several older versions of AND1E, also tried several upgrade packages (for other models even if not recommanded)…Thanks a lot in advance for the help!

1) the upgrade_loader Philips did send you is wrong – it will never work on your TV (it’s for 2015 TVs, you have a 2014)
2) I linked you 2 more updates in my firmware archive – the latest 9.x version and one of the earliest 10.x – try to install in this orderToengel@Alex

1) that’s what I also saw on your site so I told them but they insisted telling it was the right one and that if it didn’t work I should contact a certified repair center.
2) I tried them both (AND1E_0.9.248.0 & AND1E_0.10.28.0) but the same happened again: the TV simply restarts without making any change (no update screen nor anything else). I tried it whith all cables off as well, but same story.
Do you have any other idea?Thanks in advance.

mein 48PFS8159/12 startet nur noch ins Recovery Menü, egal ob ein USB Stick angeschlossen ist.
Egal was ich auswähle, ich habe alles 10x versucht, auch ältere Software aus dem Archiv- reboot system now
- apply update from external storage
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
Sollte ich Philips: Logs am TV-Service-Port (SERV.U) mithilfe eines USB-UART-Adapters auslesen (Anleitung) veruschen?
Ähnliches Problem as dem HiFi-Forum.

ich habe im DL-Archiv mal die WipeDataTool.upg verlinkt – probier diese mal im Recovery über “update from ext. storage” zu starten.

Hi ich habe einen 65pus9109/12 mit bootloop problem. Leider komme ich über die Ableitung (Stromraus,5m warten, joystick rein und runter, strom an, halten) nicht ins recovery menü. könnt ihr mir vielleicht weiterhelfen?
auch abd kann ich ja nicht mehr installieren da ich nicht mehr ins fernseh menü komme.
es erscheint immer das philips logo und dann geht er aus und dann erscheint wieder das philips logo…

Es gibt eine Firma in Frankreich, die hat schon vielen mit dem gleichen Problem geholfen, mir auch selbst. Problem ist ein defekter emmc Chip. Der wird rausgelötet und ein neuer eingesetzt. Kostet ca 120 Euro inkl. Versand. Man muss das Mainboard selbst ausbauen und hinschicken. Kontaktdaten habe ich vorliegen
Ok danke das sind ja schlechte Nachrichten :(( Gibt es keine chance doch ins recovery menü zu kommen um eine neue firmware aufzuspielen?
