You can keep the model number for future updates. HDR is not supported on your TV and installing the latest NVM/EED will remove HDR settings…

Im confused. Could you light me this ? You said that my 7150/r2 don’t support HDR, but after that you add that when I put nvm/eed files : hdr settings will remove. If I dont have HDR support, what settings will be removed ? I used HDR content, for ex. from NETFLIX, but I didn’t see difference in picture after 7150/r2 to 6401/12 upgrade.

The first NVM/EED version for your rework model has HDR enabled (by accident and it looked bad), the newer versions of NVM/EED fixed bugs and also disabled HDR.

So how can I find what version of NNM/EED I have ?
Service technic that upgraded my 7150/12 to R2 in the past,
put NNM/EED when he replaced mainboard becouse amilight wasn’t working fine.

On XDA forum was zip package that I have downloaded with NVM/EED for many models.
How can I find NVM/EED version in that package, that I could find out is there need to upgrade NVM.

If I don’t ment clearly please ask. My ENG isn’t perfect :) Still learning.

                    Hi,

do you have HDR settings? If no – you don’t need to update NVM/EED…

                              Hi,

My Philips 55PUS7101/12 is not able to boot correctly with the latest firmware (QM163E_U_0.26.68.0), the firmware upgrade was performed without visible errors.
Where can i find the downgrade version of the previous firmware (QM163E_U_0.26.39.0) with Swedish or maybe English language?
In the TV i can select firmware upload from USB stick, I understand that i should use a USB 2.0 stick and a special downgrade tool but i cannot find it with Swedish language.

                              Best Regards,

                              Jimmy

                                Hi,

did you stuck on Android Recovery Screen?

All firmware files are multilingual… so language does not matter…

Yes i am stuck in the Android recovery screen! I did an successful downgrade to 0.26.39.0 (from 0.26.69.0) with downgrader file on USB stick but it is still stuck on Android recovery screen. I wiped the cache partition but that didn’t help. What more can i do to get my 7101 TV alive? It have always been working good, just couldn’t boot after successful upgrade to 68 firmware..
