Nur Komponenten zu tauschen wäre mir natürlich auch lieber, aber jemanden zu finden, der das macht, ist leider nicht so einfach :-/ Hinweise auf kompetente Techniker in Berlin nehme ich aber gerne.
Boards anderer (v.a. älterer) Modelle finde ich durchaus im Netz zu vernünftigen Preisen. Das ganze Board auszutauschen, traue ich mir zu, an dem Ding selbst rumlöten — lieber nicht.
I’m looking for a way to use voice control on a 49PUS6412. Would it be possible t use a remote from a different Philips Android TV that does have voice control on the remote compared to the one shipped with the 49PUS6412?
Would that be possible, for example the remote from a 55PUS7303, will that work on a 49PUS6412 maybe?Hi,
this could work, cause 6412 is using the same firmware as 73×3 … just try and give feedback.

I also dropped a message at Philips/TP Vision and according to them it won’t work however I might be able to get a secondhand remote for 15 euro so going to try it anyway.
The reply from Philips support was this:
In principle, the remote controls cannot be exchanged between models. However, some functions may work, they are still sent to the television via an infrared signal.
However, you are asking whether a specific function, the voice commands, also work on another television. However, this function uses a bluetooth connection. The remote control (of the 55PUS7303) must be paired separately with the corresponding model.
It is not possible to pair another model with the remote control. In addition, the 49PUS6412/12 does not support the voice assistant function.

I would suggest to try – I think, when you change the TV in the service menu to a 7303, the TV firmware is aware of a BT remote possibility…

I have a problem with my philips 49PUS6432 TV, the system won’t start (and alternates between the philips logo and the android logo). I think it’s a firmware problem, but I can’t download the latest version from the Philips site (the Philips link on your site takes me to a blank page, as if the model no longer existed).
