Thanks you for the upload but that’s not solve my problem.
My problem is as follows: I just bought my 37PFL8404H/12 used for my children (game console, DVD …).
I wanted to update the firmware (current version Q5481_0.26.24.8). So I followed the procedure of the Philips official site (download the latest version, format the stick …).
Everything ok until the 3rd stage “programming” 0%: programing error retry the proecdure …
I have done it several times but the problem stay the same at the same moment.
Now the problem is that TV is constantly rebootting on the updated menu and I don’t know how to get out … do you have a solution? What I was thinking of doing was testing the different firmware versions, hoping that one of them would install and allow me to exit this mode :D
Do you know if there is a forced mode to install an FW? Or a way to switch the TV to a sort of factory setting…

I called a PHILIPS repairer… and i’m waiting for a RDV.

Guten Tag!

Ich Besitze den OLED754 und am letzen Freitag kam ein neues Update raus und seit dem empfange ich bei Amazon Prime Video kein 4k und HDR mehr. Mit der der Vorgängerversion TPM196E_091.003.051.081 lief es noch. Hat vllt jemand die noch? Ich wäre sehr Dankbar!
