    @Rene:
    keine Ahnung warum der Link auf der Philips Webseite, auf den hier von Toengel verlinkt hat, nicht mehr funktioniert.
    Der hier z.B. scheint noch zu funktionieren (zumindest grad eben …).

    Alles in allem denke ich nach mehreren Tests, dass die Schwachstelle von ATV11 die ARC-Anschlüsse an meinem 804 sind. Sie haben im Vergleich zu ATV9 einen verbesserten Mehrkanal-Bypass, aber das Audio habe ich sowohl auf dem 4K-Firestick als auch auf dem Fernseher und dem angeschlossenen Computer getestet ein HDMI 2.0-Anschluss spielt nicht auf dem Soundsystem. Ich habe das Audiosystem gewechselt, weil ich dachte, meine alte HTS3541/12 sei defekt, aber stattdessen mit einer neuen Soundbar kehrt das Problem zurück. Wenn kein Ton vorhanden ist, trennen Sie einfach das angeschlossene Audiosystem und die TV-Lautsprecher funktionieren.
    Beim Fehlen fehlt der Ton auf allen Geräten.

    Ciao!
    Da quando ho installato Android 11,il mio philips pus7504, non si vedono i canali. Ogni volta che succede devo fare il reset di Android 11 solo così il tv riprende a funzionare. Ho eseguito ripristino di fabbrica, subito funziona appena tengo spento il tv per diverse ore, i canali non si vedono devo fare ulteriore reset di Android 11.
    Qualcuno di voi a riscontrato il mio problema?
    Grazie

    Hi,

    I’m a bit lost with philips firmware update policy, I really don’t understand.

    I’ve got a Philips 55OLED935. In this web support there’s a firmware update from January 2023

    https://www.philips.com.sg/c-p/55OLED935_98/oled-9-series-4k-uhd-android-tv-bowers-wilkins-sound-with-ambilight-4-sided/support

    ..but in Philips support Spain, this firmware doesn’t exists, the last it’s of May 2022. The TV doesn’t report a firmware via OTA. I don’t want to put a new firmware if Philips doesn’t give you the OK.

    What’s the problem with this firmware so that Philips doesn’t release it officially?

    Ja, bei allem immer zurücksetzen. Ich mache es für Audio.

    That’s the secret of Philips. Even though published in Singapore it is not official yet – and might never been. It is up to you if you can take the risk.

    For me personally Android 11 is definitely a benefit, but other users night come to different conclusions

    Hi Michael,

    The thing is that I’d bought this TV in June 2022. The TV has 3 years of warranty. I understand that if I put a not approved firmware for my TV, if something “crashes”, maybe Philips Support will not apply this warranty. That’s the reason of waiting…

    Würde der Vorteil jedes Mal zurückgesetzt werden? Es scheint mir nicht förderlich zu sein.

    Das Veröffentlichen nicht genehmigter Firmware ist keine gute Praxis. Es scheint ein Köder zu sein.

    Fehler oder unbequeme Beiträge wurden entfernt. Sehr demokratisch.

    @Michele,
    Purtroppo non parlo italiano. Per questo motivo ho dovuto tradurre elettronicamente il tuo post. Forse non ho capito bene il suo problema. La seguente spiegazione potrebbe ancora essere utile.
    Dopo l’aggiornamento del firmware a ATV 11, è necessario configurare nuovamente completamente il televisore. Di conseguenza, sarà anche necessario reinstallare tutti i canali TV. Se i canali installati sono stati salvati su una chiavetta USB prima di eseguire l’aggiornamento a ATV 11, è naturalmente possibile leggerli nuovamente.
    Se si rimuove nuovamente il televisore dall’alimentazione e si riavvia dopo la nuova configurazione del televisore e la ricerca dei canali completamente nuovi, tutto dovrebbe funzionare e tutti i canali dovrebbero rimanere memorizzati.
    Come ho già detto, ho anche avuto la mia risposta tradotta elettronicamente in italiano – senza alcuna garanzia di correttezza. Sarebbe fantastico se si potesse scrivere in inglese, se si potesse…

    @Toengel

    Vielen Dank für das erneute Verlinken.

    Jetzt hab ich den Fernseher
    – mit “Fernsehgerät neu einrichten” zurückgesetzt
    – 5 Minuten vom Strom genommen
    – USB Stick mit Fat32 formatiert
    – “autorun.upg” direkt in das root-Verzeichnis des USB-Sticks entpackt
    – Stick an USB 2.0 des Fernsehers eingesteckt
    – Fernseher an das Stromnetz geschlossen

    Der Fernseher startet aber ganz normal und installiert das Update nicht automatisch.
    Ihr meintet oben einmal, dass es automatisch starten sollte und nicht über den Menü-Umweg mit “Nach Updates suchen / USB / Lokale Aktualisierung” installiert werden muss/sollte.

    Habt Ihr vielleicht auch hier einen Tipp?

    Beste Grüße

    René
