        Hi,

        @Maurice

        I could only resolve that by factory reset, but it only appears once (direct change vom ATV12 to 14).

            Ok, partly could solve my issues. They were not eARC related but CEC-related.

                  Finally the OTA is download and updated. As other said prime video and sky show time only works in stereo. Not Dolby digital.

                    I also downloaded the update for my OLED 849 OTA in Germany. I also got an update for my remote afterwards.

                    Everything is working (ARC etc) but I also got the stereo issue with Prime Video.

                      After updating my OLED959, using refresh rate 120hz or higher results in constant screen flashing.

                      Factory Settings and Restart didn’t help.

                      Can’t do Factory Reset since it requires PIN and I don’t remember setting one. (tried 8888, 0711, 0000, 1234, 9999)

                        Heute OTA für 55OLED909. Hab’s noch nicht gemacht. An welcher Stelle kann ich die Version sehen? Geht das erst nach dem Download oder nach der Installation?

                        Maurice

                          For Amazon Prime, if you remove the updates, the app version goes back from 6.23 to 6.18 and 5.1/Atmos sound will work again. To prevent it from updating again, you do need to disable automatic updates for all apps of course.
