@Henrik, I’m trying to understand your frustration, but we also don’t have a crystal ball to see and predict how you’re trying to download (and exactly what software), or what problems are appearing for you :(.
Maybe the solution would be to contact Philips official support—they can generate a personalized link for you (I hope—at least that’s how I got a direct link to the file from the Polish branch, hosted on box.com).
I personally also own this model (OLED909), but I always download software from the official distribution (that’s just my habit).
Tachchen,

Thomas
Tachchen,
ich hab jetzt angefangen, die ersten Links für TPM231WW, TPM211EA und TPM191E zu aktualisieren.

there are 2 file downloadable one is “TPM231WW_R.201.100.107.002.zip” and other “TPM231WW_R.201.100.107.002_upgrade_loader.zip” which one should i copy to usb stick? should i copy it as zip file directly or extract then copy? need to make bootable usb or not?
Hi,
upgrade_loader is only for downgrading or recovery… normal *.upg file needs to be renamed into “autorun.upg” and copied to root of a normal USB stick.

@imode:
Apparently this software is still in the testing phase. And philips makes it available to the willing, because there is nothing better than free testers ;-> You don’t have to pay them, if they break something, you don’t even have the obligation to repair it :) Google TV 14 doesn’t bring some revolution in TV performance, so wait when it comes out officially, available for everyone. I don’t have it on my PUS8818 either

Also ich hab die Firmware von Philips. Die Installation hat geklappt und der Fernseher 55Oled909 läuft problemlos. Allerdings bin ich auch eher nur ein durchschnittlicher Nutzer. Bisher funktioniert alles ohne Fehler.

I have updated to this firmware on OLED809. A couple of bugs.
Most times when the TV is in standby and Switch on with Chromecast option is enabled. I think this spams CEC instructions even if nothing is casting. If I’m using my PC on my monitor and the TV in standby, the TV will connect and disconnect every so often, making the PC unusable as the screen on the monitor keeps flashing. However I don’t think it’s limited to this firmware as happened on previous firmware too. When switching the TV on from standby, the using HDMI audio system message appears (which is correct as I am using an audio system) but after a 10-20 seconds using TV speakers message appears. However, the sound output option shows Home Audio System as selected and the sound still comes out of the Audio system for my satellite box (Sky Q) but unable to control the volume of the audio system from the TV remote. When opening YouTube the audio will stop on my audio system but the audio comes through the TV speakers! Selecting the already selected Home Audio System option in the audio output seems to fix this issue and then the YouTube audio comes out of the audio system. This did not happen on the previous firmware
Finally I have an issue with my Sky Q, when the sound system is in standby, the sound system passes through the HDMI signal, this seems to reset the resolution of Sky Q to 1080i and unable to select 2160p. However I am not sure whether this is the TV, audio system or Sky Q itself. Sometimes I can passthrough 2160p, sometimes I cannot
