@alex no OTA available. There is also second problem i have noiticed. LG S95QR Atmos Soundbar does not wake up when turning on TV. If i turn it on manually then i can not activate Soundbar speakers, TV recognizes only TV speakers. Restart of the TV will resolve the issue. Started right after Android 14 update.
Has anyone at all received the new update (Android 14) OTA?
it seems that the latest update which Android-14 does not load via OTA anymore
or at latest when I read all these msgs almost all users as afeected same happen
my 50″/8808 23 model TV OTA update still do not pull&install this latest f/w
and still there is no any proper info thru TPV such as how we can get it to find this
latest f/w via OTA??

I haven’t updated the software in a while. I’m wondering if any of the updates have fixed the Game Mode HDR bug. When HDR is enabled, the colors appear lifeless and dull rather than vibrant. Also, the game bar shows RGB instead of BT.2020. Has anyone seen a fix for this in the past year?

ich habe die Software schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr aktualisiert. Weiß jemand, ob eines der letzten Updates den HDR-Fehler im Game Mode behoben hat? Im HDR-Modus wirken die Farben leblos und matt, anstatt lebendig und farbenfroh zu sein. Außerdem zeigt die Game Bar RGB statt BT.2020 an. Hat jemand im letzten Jahr eine Lösung dafür gesehen?

Ich weis zwar nicht wie Windows HDR mit ATV12 ausgesehen hat aber mit ATV14 wird tatsächlicher HDR Content (Spiele/ YouTube in Edge) korrekt erkannt von Philips GameBar BT.2020 und korrekt wiedergegeben.
Das der Desktop und Windows an sich farblos erscheinen ist ja normal weils kein HDR Content ist.
Nicht der Windows-HDR-Desktop ist das Problem – das ist auch bei der PS5 so, bei Spielen auf allen Konsolen, und nur auf diesem Fernseher. Weder mein Samsung OLED, noch mein Sony A80J, noch die beiden LGs zeigen dieses Verhalten. Deshalb frage ich, ob sich da etwas geändert hat, denn ich habe die Software nicht aktualisiert. Aber wenn das inzwischen behoben ist, dann würde ich vielleicht ein Update machen.
Ist der jeweilige HDMI Eingang (1 oder 2) denn auf HDMI Ultra HD > Optimal/ Optimal (Auto Game Pro) eingestellt? Wäre das einzige was ich der Bedienungsanleitung entnehmen kann. Kann nur von meinem 819er mit ATV14 sprechen, der erkennt HDR bei Windows und PS5 korrekt.
I have updated yesterday. My sound system isn’t working properly. When I turn my TV on it says Ultra HDMI Cable is recommeded. My cable is an HDMI 2.1 same as it was all year. I have to either restart the soundbar or switch sound output to TV speakers then switch back. I tried changing cables same effect.
soundbar: Sony Ht-a5000 with rear speakers and subwoofers. Never had problems before.
Anybody have a similiar issue?

I had this issue also with Samsung q990d.
But the wifi was also totally wrong, see earlier replies, so I went back to ATV12 by the loader image from this site.
My Sonos system via HDMI works fine…
You could try switch Easylink off, restart (via menu) and switch Easylink back on…since thats the feature which enables ARC Sound systems.

-first of all my TV assembled code 62(Turkey)instead EU 12 !!
so,might be something difference for that such as software version etc.,
-in this respect probably TV does not react and to find latest f/w from Philips Server system
and show me always “your TV is up to dated”!
-th4 I’v already d/l ded latest file …. .002 and keep in my archive and at least do not wanna to
upgrade my TV

The sound system worked, but it got randomly and many times during an hour the same issue, as mentioned above. I had to restart TV to get it OK again.
So Welcome ATV12 again, where I have no issue atm, and USBtoGifabitEthernet works also pretty well.
Also on the second ATV14 build?
Hmm ive watched over 20 hours in diffrent apps (amazon, wow, youtube, o2 TV) and used the TV for PC gaming with sound HDMI bypass from PC > TV > Sonos Surround Setup (Atmos via Dolby Access Windows App) and never had any slightest sound issues with any ATV14 build.

Philips support stull6did nit reply any further info about the wifi as well. Just for the info for others.
