Das Prime UHD Problem scheint ja noch nicht gelöst zu sein. Korrigiert mich, wenn ich da falsch liegen sollte, aber da wird kein UHD-Material ausgegeben.
Hat jmd. hiermit schon Erfahrung gemacht (aus Reddit zu unserem Philips-Problem)?

Bis Philips eine funktionierende Firmware veröffentlicht, öffnen Sie einfach den Google Playstore – öffnen Sie dort die Einstellungen und deaktivieren Sie die automatischen Updates für Android-Apps. Deinstallieren Sie dann die Amazon Video App. Es ist eine Standard-App, die nicht vollständig entfernt wird, sondern nur alle Updates zurückgesetzt werden. I had same problem with gray icons. I downgraded firmware first, then i installed this latest update, now everything is ok.
Bei Prime Video nochmals Updates deinstalliert und Cache geleert. Dann damit neu angemeldet und 4k Filme probiert. Bild nicht berauschend. Danach Prime Update installiert. Bild nun sehr gut und HDR blendet sich z.T. ein, z.B. bei Knives Out.

it’s possible to show informations on prime video.
On the remote, press red then green then blue and finally yellow.after reset prime video, on my POS9002 i got 4k but no HDR.
on my TCL P6046, i got 1080p only and HDR.
Nach Update geht alles wieder in 4k,aber DAZN geht jetzt gar nicht mehr!!!!!??????

To which version did you downgrade before installing the latest update to fix the grey icons?
To TPM171E _ 107.001.101.002 firmware. My problem with gray icons started after update to TPM171E _ 107.001.132.000, so i downgraded it to previous one.

On my 9002 I got 4k back on netflix, after the firemware update and app reset. On Amazon prime I got no HDR but 4k! When I stopped the Video and startet it again it went up to FullHD but not to further to 4k. I watched for 5min but could not get 4k back. Maybe this is why we are getting conflicting user reports…
Netflix is working fine now.
But youtube stream 4K 60Hz videos only in 720P…..
Now we will wait few months for update that will fix youtube but corrupt netfix again….
