Unfortunately I don’t know your router. But if you can’t block a URL and can’t or don’t want to install Pi-Hole or similar, then take a look here:
It describes various ways in which you can still prevent a firmware update.
However, I haven’t tried this myself yet and therefore can’t tell you which of these works
