Need some help trying to Downgrade a Philips TV 43PUS6412, currently running: TPM171E_R.107.001.136.003 firmware,

simply does not work, TV either Boots straight to Android or does not power on following connecting it to AC/Power. tried 10’s of times with several USBs.
1) Tried 2GB, 4GB, 32GB USB , none worked, Formatted FAT32/MBR (no gpt), 4K Allocation Unit.
2) Tried naming top level file as: upgrade-loader.pkg or upgrade_loader.pkg (since files in guide have a HYPHEN not underscore as the files are downloaded with UNDERSCORE!!)
3) Unplug TV, plug USB (tried to all ports, black & blue), plug TV to power, it boots directly into Android, no “Software update” message, and sometimes does not boot at all, pressing ON the remote, boots it, again, directly into Android.
4) Some USB sticks have a LIGHT showing access, it is turned ON, meaning it is recognized, also, when TV is fully booted, can use file explorer and see the file.
5) preparing usb from Windows 10 system, format, copy of upgrade-loader.pkg or upgrade_loader.pkg
Tried chkdsk on USB stick, recopied, re-formatted, still TV always ignores, and boots normally into Android. is there any other trick to “force” it to downgrade?
How to downgrade to older firmware?
