Hello.
After upgrade on my 55PUS6704-12 TV I have a problem with codecs. Almost no movie on USB or media server wont play(including the ones that I already watched) as it says video format not supported, but there is sound from movie. Is there any way to fix this or to downgrade to any previous fimrware versions? I can only find previous firmware versions for android TV(_pkg) and none for SAPHI(_upg). Thank you.

I agree with Sebastijan above – all my old videos (.avi / xvid) are “not supported” since update to 91.4.70.1. And I’m sure that is firmware issue – I was revising some of them just a day before update – everithing was working on 50PUS6754.
So, I’m also interested in downgrading my firmware or any suggestion how to fix this issue

could I install it via USB ?
Or I better should use “TPM196E_091.004.027.011–Date: 2021/05/09”? but i don’t see a related download link at

I’m affraid that mentioned firmware versions are for android TV(upgrade loader_pkg) and not for SAPHI(_upg). But yet maybe I’m wrong and you found the right file.

I would appriciate autorun.upg file since I have SAPHI TV or instruktions how to use upgrade loader.pkg file on SAPHI TV.

I downgrade my firmware to 091.004.061.001 version and the issue is gone

Hallo. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Der TV macht kein Selbtupdate durch diese Datei auf einem USB Stick. Das manuelle Update – Einstellungen – Update – von USB – erkennt der TV diese Datei auch nicht. Ich habe alles probiert, es funktioniert nicht.
Der USB Stick mit Filmen wird sonst normal erkannt, wenn ich davon was schauen möchte (außer AVI durch das letzte Firmwareupdate). Was mache ich falsch? Bei dem User “Halo” weiter oben hat es ja funktioniert.
