Hallo,
Ich suche dringend die TPM61E_2.19. Bis dato hatte meine apfelbox und mein Receiver tadellos funktioniert. Dann habe ich blöderweise upgedatet und habe seitdem das Problem , dass ich die Box und Reciever jedesmal komplett ausschalten muss. Sonst erkennt mein 42pfl3606 die hdmi Geräte nicht mehr.
Gibt es die irgendwo zum Download.

Ja. Mehrfach. Darum hoffe ich ja, dass die alte FW das wieder hinbekommt. Hast du die evtl noch?.

hatte ich nie… was du noch versuchen kannst: Easylink deaktivieren, Neustart, wieder aktivieren… TV komplett neu einrichten (Werksreset).

I search the firmware QF1EU_0.150.48.xx for 6000 series TV.
It was available at 2015 here ( http://www.hifi-forum.de/viewthread-152-11287.html ) but the link is down.Can you put it on your database?

after firmware upgrade to QM164E_000.016.056.003 the sound became barely audible, you have to twiddle the volume by 25 that was heard on 5 firmware QM164E_000.001.015.243.
The rollback to QM164E_000.001.015.243 results in a failure to launch all android programs.
Does anyone have the firmware QM164E_000.016.xx lower than the last with a normal sound or a way to return the normal volume? Or install the firmware QM164E_000.001.015.243 without crashing the android.Hi,
try to install the upgrade_loader.pkg from version 16.56.3… maybe this helps…
There is no other 16.x for this plattform

This does not help, it was in the firmware 16.56.3 that the volume was cut.
You have only QM164E_1.15.243 on your site, the update QM164E_000.016.056.003 tried to install again when it did not turn out to lower the version without the crash of the android. works but problems with sound have not disappeared anywhere.

I have black screen problems (no signal) when the TV turns on
I would like to go down to the previous version.
Do you have the TPM171E _ 105.000.215.003 for download please?I have already done a reinstallation + reset of the TV but the problem persists (Nvidia shield and ps4)
