Hello, I don’t know if it has a direct connection with Philips support, but in any case I report two situations here, the first has always happened with YouTube, which is the random sound cut when we increase or decrease the sound with the remote control. The second one appeared with this latest update which is with Netflix, now whenever we want to adjust the sound the content we are watching pauses when we click on the volume control, which makes the situation quite annoying.Hi,
does this also happen, if you are using the Philips TV App on your phone? Are you using the internal speakers?

I don’t use the Philips app, the sound comes from the TV, I’ve tried turning off HDMI-CEC and it still the same behave.

I’ve thought about it, but I have a license for the Smartone IPTV app which is always a problem to reactivate when the TV changes the MAC address, I also have custom image settings, another hassle. Maybe I will, but not now. Thanks.
