I join the conversation to report a further problem that I think hasn’t been mentioned yet (sorry, I’m writing from Italy and I use the translator to understand all the messages).
I have a Philips model 48OLED718 and, since the .207 update, I continue to have audio (and very rarely video) interruptions with the Sky Q Mini decoder (or at least that’s what it’s called in Italy). I was hoping the latest update would fix the problem, but it didn’t.
Any changes in the TV settings do not bring results; the only solution is to change the audio output, in the Sky decoder settings, from “Stereo” to “Dolby Digital”. I reported everything to Philips support, who confirmed this as a temporary solution while the technicians work on a resolution update. In reality, there are few Sky channels (like MTV) on which the defect remains, and I just pointed it out.
I hope that my report, with the related temporary solution, can help other people with the same model as me. If anyone else has the same bug, please report it to Philips too!
