Hat keiner eine Idee, warum der Download bei mir nicht funktioniert? Wenn ich auf die korrekte Version gehe, öffnet sich ein Fenster mit einer Weiterleitung ins Leere. Auf dem Ipad öffnet sich OneDrive, aber da geht es auch nicht weiter. Merci

Installed this FW week back and copared to android 12:

+ no difference in playback compared to previous version
+ quick menu now works (finally! that was biggest issue I had in A12)

– previously when I turned off my receiver, tv switched to speakers and that was it. Now when I do this, TV turns receiver back on after few minutes. Annoying, have to switch it through (WORKING!!) qucik menu.
– sometimes audio takes a bit more time to play (like 5s) through the receiver. So guess something wrong with eARC/easylink
– in menus/apps, seems a wee bit slower

Didn’t do a hard reset after install, will wait for at least one more version where easylink works properly. Guess that will take care of the “slowness” (but nothing annoying really, compared to old 805 :D )

Ich kann die Datei auch nicht laden, scheint so als gäbe es ein Problem mit dem Server/ Sharepoint.

Der Download ging bei mir mit Safari und Mac nicht, mit Chrome hat es dann geklappt!

Ich bekomme weiterhin den Download nicht hin. Es kommt nur eine Weiterleitung auf Toengel.sharepoint.com, dann kommt aber nichts mehr. Was mache ich falsch? Auch mit Chrom ist es mir nicht möglich!!!

But yes i can confirm glitches/ artifacts and motion setting not saving when watching film from a network server/device.

Cannot say when it started since i just started streaming via network from my NAS drive.

I think i found a workaround for now, but theres deff. something broken.

Workaround is for me to enable “Auto Film Picture style” (on by default) and set it to “AI Picture style”. This way it switches to the “HDR Home Cinema” mode instead of “HDR Personal” and does actually use custom motion settings (if you changed from “standard”)

Also the black artifacts came from “motion – blur reduction”, turnig it to 0 solved it.

Too bad ive not tested ATV12, cannot say if its a ATV14 or Philips issue.

Edit: Black artifacts not solved. May be HDR related.

Also it makes no diffrence which profile “Auto Film Picture style – AI Picture style” chooses, even its same the as it was, still fixes motion settings not applying.

Hat keiner eine Idee, wie ich die neue Firmware laden kann? Schade, dass keine mit einer hilfreichen Antwort kommt. In keinem Browser klappt es bei mir. Weder unter iPad OS, Mac OS oder Windows bekomme ich den Download angezeigt.

• <p class=”my-0″>which site you are trying to download from and what file,</p>

Sorry, there seem to be some formatting issues in the message window…

@Henrik. With all due respect, nobody has any idea because nobody is a mind reader and knows what you have, which roughly means:
– what versions of your operating system you have,
– what versions of browsers you use,
– what antivirus/firewall software you have,
– which site you are trying to download from and what file,
– what error messages you are getting,
– etc., etc…

So far, you are the only person reporting such problems – so it seems the issue is on your side.

With all due respect after I tried the download with 4 different operating systems such as iOS 18.5, iPad OS 18.5 and MacOS 15.5 and Windows 11 Pro ans within these with different browsers such as Safari, Edge and Chrome there should be a problem on the site. It’s not my first download. No firewall and no antivirus to block any download. Unfortunately my glass bowl is on holidays and doesn’t allow me to predict why the download doesn’t work for me.

@miwis: As I am in the toengel forum replying in the forum regarding the download of the latest TPM231 software I presume that it’s sort of obvious that I am not trying to download any other file than the one that is named 201.100.107.002 for my OLED909 of 2024. And yes, I am trying to download it here from the firmware archive.
