    Hey Alex,

    This is what I do:
    1. I format my USB flash drive to FAT.
    2. I put file “enable_log2usb”
    3. Plug flash drive in TV (when TV is ON -> TV opens the flash drive)
    4. Problem occurs
    5. Turn off TV
    6. Remove USB Flash drive from TV and put in PC
    7. “data.db” and “db.info” are created.

What is the correct way to get the .txt log file?

    Hi Alex,

    This manual said so:
    https://www.download.p4c.philips.com/files/4/43hfl4014_12/43hfl4014_12_img_hye.pdf
    Page 85

    Also Philips support.

    Hi,

ok… these “data.db” and “db.info” are created always, if you connect an USB device.

Try to connect the USB with the file and start the TV afterwards… so: plugin first, then start tv

    Hey Alex,

When I connect the USB flash drive to TV (when off), no files are recorded after that.

    Hi Alex!

I tried 2 different USB sticks – one is 8GB FAT32, other is FAT 128MB.

    Hi Alex!

How exactly to pull the power cord?
    When TV is ON/OFF?
    With USB flash drive in/out?

    HI ALEX !

    OMG This worked!

I was able to get the log file!
    Do you work for Philips?

My problem is with Miracast. When I connect my laptop Lenovo W540 to my Philips 43PUS6554/12(with Miracast) the connection is perfect but after a while it disconnects. No error message on TV or laptop. I checked event log in Windows 10 – nothing.
Wi-fi is 2.4GHz and the speed is very good.
Do you have any idea what is the reason for that?
