RakutenTV not working anymore. I only get “check your internet connection”
Everything else works. I deleted data and cache. Rakuten isnt available on play store, guess they have discontinued support? I have sent rakuten an email with model nr.

Hello!
I have a 55OLED934, which works fine. However, it has not received any update OTA since February 2025 when TPM191E_R201.000.248.230 was offered and installed. I keep searching for later versions but the TV claims it has the latest version. Same response today.
One month ago I contacted Philips official support in Sweden where I live, and asked them why this model isn´t offered later firmware versions. They said that everything was fine and that my TV had the correct and latest firmware version. I tried to persuade them that later versions exist but they insisted that the firmware version is the latest for my model.
Any clues why my model hasn´t been offered later firmware versions?

Hi,
I think, this model was often forgotten… even in the days, where the firmware update files were published on the Philips webside (before end of 2022). I suggest to install the latest 211.x.x.x via USB (see my firmware archive) and make sure to do a factory reset due to ATV 12…

So nun dachte ich mir das mein TV Oled 934 das Update nun endlich gleich direkt aus dem Netz updaten kann. Also wieder probieren das es nach dem entpacken der Datei auf dem PC dann per USB Stick aufspielen lässt.
Ok dann schauen wir mal wie ich das hinbekomme denn mit dem Entpacken der Zip Dateien hab ich immer wieder Probleme denn mein TV erkennt dann das Update leider nicht.
Nothing like a good update👌Did a factory reset, installed projectivity launcher and disabled stock launcher with ADB. 65oled854 TV responds quickly now.
mal ne ganz doofe Frage, wo kann man denn das Update herunterladen? oder bin ich einfach nur Blind?

die Datei findest du im Firmware-Archiv. Wenn du die Datei entpackst, musst du die upg Datei ggf. in “autorun.upg” umbenennen.

In dem Archiv finde ich nur alte Updates und nicht die oben angegebene.
könntest Du mal einen Link dorthin mir geben. Gegebenenfalls auch per Mail wenn’s hier nicht möglich ist.
