      @Uli,

      • Just to confirm , shutdown mode with short duration  works perfectly

      Many thanks Uli !

        Just dropping by to confirm this: setting the duration for the “Power Off” command from 1s to 0s did the trick!

        Important: You need to change this in Device Settings, not in the Activity settings.

        Thanks to Uli and Roger – this was driving me insane!

          @Fussel

          Great to hear this Power off  0 sec duration setting is of help to you.

          Many of Logitec Harmony remote users are probably still strugling . Just hope they find our messages….

          Grtz,

            I have the latest firmware installed to my 855/12 oled.
            However this is causing major picture issues through 4k firestick.  Picture breakup/jerking

            The previous firmware worked ok

            Can I roll back ? If so how?

            Can I re-install the same firmware again? If so how

            Thanks

              Hi,

              did you make a factory reset? It’s worth after the change to ATV 11…

                Hi yes, I’ve tried a factory reset twice but it’s still the same.

                The issue definitely arrived when the TV did the firmware upgrade.

                Is there a loader PKG for the TV ?

                Thanks

                  @Paul:

                  My OLED804 has no problems with the Firestick 4k max, even with the current firmware.
                  Have you checked the image settings on the Firestick (frame rate, color depth, etc.)?
                  Regardless of that, I no longer need the Firestick since the ATV12 upgrade, as all the functions now work on the TV.
                  Do you know which firmware you had before?
                  To downgrade, you need an upgrade loader (.pkg).
                  You can find different versions here in the forum in the software archive (ATV 9, ATV 11, ATV 12). Please also read the description carefully to find out how to downgrade.

                      <p style=”text-align: center;”>Hi, the previous firmware was tpm191e_r.211.000.088.000</p>
                      I’ve tried to find the loader PKG but not sure which is correct for my TV.

                        @Paul:

                        The upgrade loader TPM191E_211.000.088.000 in that case is the right one for your TV (see “Firmware-Archiv”). The type and size of your TV don’t matter. As always, everything is at your own risk …
                        But be sure to do a factory reset (“Set up TV again”) afterwards.
                        This previous firmware is also based on ATV12. That’s why I’m very confused that you’re having problems with the Firestick with the new 092 firmware. I already wrote to you about this …

                          Hi,

                          quiet interessting… the file the support is providing is the normal upgrade_loader.pkg – which can be found in my firmware archive…

                              Link for upgrade_loader: [Link Removed]. It was provided through Philips support chat.

                              Toengel: Upgrade_loader can be found in the firmware archive here
