Hello, I don’t know if it has a direct connection with Philips support, but in any case I report two situations here, the first has always happened with YouTube, which is the random sound cut when we increase or decrease the sound with the remote control. The second one appeared with this latest update which is with Netflix, now whenever we want to adjust the sound the content we are watching pauses when we click on the volume control, which makes the situation quite annoying.
