It’s annoying, because when the UMC off and the motion enhancement is on, then a little bit faster moving object on screen start to fragmented, pixeled and artifacts appears. Rarely the picture is stutter.

Especially in 4K HDR, but in SDR 1080p mode too. No matter what motion options set.
These disappear when the motion enhancement is off, but then come forward the horribe judder, at some scenes.
And if the UMC is on the picture quality far not as good as if it in off.
(I choose Philips, because heard good things about the image processor. My previous Samsung UE40H6400 handle better the moving. There was separately judder reduction.)
It’s a shame, because in UMC off the picture quality quite good and enjoyble. But the moving.
I hope the artifacts and fragmentations are firmware problem as @Rotbaat posted when the new unified firmwares came up. (I’d buy the TV after the 101.001.227.225 version released.)
I’d writen these problems to Philips too.
