Hi, 48OLED935/12, After the upgrade, it “forgets” the latest used soundlevel. So each time when I switch on the TV I have to use the remote to change the level from 0 to 16/17… I do noticed that during the same day it doesn’t happen. Overnight always?. Ask Service, they come back with full (factory) reset, tried it, but didn’t worked. Did had this on latest Andriod 9?
