I also confirm the problem with remote on oled804. The original remote works ok for most of the time for me, but compatible remote works awful. Android 11 just handles IR signals totally differently.
I also have an oled806 with Android 11 and the same remote works there flawless.
I also wrote to Philips support and got a reply that only Android 9 is official supported on oled804.
Maybe Toengel has some connections to Philips development so they can fix those remote problems.
