@jandari. I don’t now why it doesn’t works. Thé way is to flash nvm and upgrad loader without restart or both files together. You can try to fill in the options and the name of the TV in the service menu (062596ok) and restart (you will have half of the job). After this restart. Charge the nvm and the firmware (but not the new one, only the android 9 upgrad loader ) TV will restart. After you can charge the new Android 11.
