In fairness, the only major difference will be the near black flashing problem. The current line up already allows 4k 120hz at 4:4:4 chroma. Of course now you will also get this across 4 hdmi ports.
Hopefully this speeds up the interface however the SOC will be likely coupled with the cheapest cpu and least amount of ram that they can get away with
