Hi, indeed there is an annoying CEC issue and also ARC audio is often broken. I wish I had auto update off as this is a bad firmware! Also full reset does not help a thing.
Maybe I try to call support to address it…
I called Philips support for the HDMI-Issue but did not say anything. So Bad!!!
Now I also created an support ticket but still no answer.It is such an anoying issue. You are watching something and then the TV switches to an other digital receiver or wakes the PS4…. Deactivating Easylink also does not help as then my Soundbar will go off….
I hope it will be fixed soon but I have no way to tell it to TP-Vision…
