na der TV läuft doch auch ohne das ATV14-Update… einfach warten, bis es für alle freigegeben wird… ich vermute, die aktuellen ATV14-Updates sind die ersten für die 2025er Modelle… in einer späteren Version sind die dann auch für die älteren Generationen freigegeben…

Hi guys

-Regions codes 62(EU-in Poland)&60(Russia)&62(Turkey)

those are 3 different TPV regions,seems that against of each soft/firmware

has its own some different factors!

-upgrading by USB flash does not solve issues! also “Android-14” version struggle to work properly

so,dont be rush to obtain Android-14 !!

at least in near future TPV will be solved all issues and given upgrade by “OTA”

so,sit&wait

where do i even find what region code my TV and the firmware here is?

And updating to the ATV14 build solved my Framerate-Matching issue i had on my 2024 oled819. And my TV doesnt “struggle to work propperly”, everything fine.

-check back side of the panel on the sticker…

 

your model number OLEDxxxxx/12 (as is EU-Poland assembled)

if xxxx.60 Russia

if xxxxx.62 Turkey

also check Box of the TV

as y’ll see the numer of model and region code

Yes its xxx/12.

And how you know for which region the current ATV14 build is (TPM231WW: 201.100.107.002) ?

Why do you think it does not fit a /60 or /62 model?

Philips support told me that the software is the same for every market, so it’s probably the same for every country of manufacture as well.

What can we expect from your post? If this is only in this app, then contact the app provider. If you have similar issues in other apps or the menu contact Philips.

-@Didney ;the new “Android-14” upgrade install&region codes

well,I do not know exactly whats going on and seems that this upgrade procedure

does not ready for all regions(it depends on different app. s etc.,)

so most probably due to depends on different regions that means this firmware

does not work 60 and 62 regions (mine is 62)

and it takes some times to final release by OTA!!

so be patient you guys then w’ll see on near future “OTA” system work

I’m not rush to install Android-14 because of I’v Android TV-Box for all my Stream and other

use of HDD of different App.s plus many other usefull apk&app etc.,

Box always very good option++
