Um einen Philips TV mit Alexa zu steuern, muss dies zuerst eingerichtet bzw. konfiguriert werden (Anleitung laut Handbuch):
Um Alexa zu verwenden, müssen Sie zunächst den Alexa-Clientdienst auf Ihrem Philips Android Smart TV einrichten. Starten Sie die Einrichtung, indem Sie die App “Amazon Alexa” auf dem Home-Bildschirm Ihres Fernsehers öffnen. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen, und führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:

Am Ende des Einrichtungsbildschirms können Sie Fertig auswählen und mit der Verwendung von Alexa beginnen. Wählen Sie TV-Geräte verwalten, um mit Alexa gekoppelte Fernseher zu verwalten oder ihre Kopplung aufzuheben.
HINWEIS: Durch die Aktivierung von Alexa steigt der Stromverbrauch im Standby. Der TV hat LAN bzw. WLAN aktiv, weiterhin laufen noch zusätzliche Prozesse für die Befehlsverarbeitung von Alexa.
