Philips: Statement zu aktuellen Streaming-Problemen (Auflösung) auf 2017/18er TVs

bereits seit letzter Woche bemerken Nutzer der 2017/18er Philips Android TVs, dass bei Streaming-Anbieter (u.a. Netflix) nur noch sehr schlechte Bildqualität geliefert wird (siehe Toengels Support Forum ). Ursprünglich ging die Auflösung nur noch bis 480/576p. Inzwischen hat sich dies schon gebessert. Philips ist sich dessen bewusst und arbeitet zusammen mit Partnern an einer Lösung. Hier ein kurzes Statement seitens TP Vsion:
TP Vision (Philips TV) sind aktuelle Einschränkungen bei der Nutzung von einzelnen Streaming-Angeboten bei bestimmten TV-Modellen der Jahrgänge 2017 & 2018 bekannt. Inhalte werden dabei nicht immer in der gewünschten und erwarteten Auflösung wieder gegeben.
In den letzten zwei Tagen hat sich die Situation bereits gebessert. Dennoch arbeiten unsere Spezialisten gemeinsam mit Partnern daran, die genaue Ursache zu ermitteln, um den Fehler so schnell wie möglich zu beheben. Sobald eine Lösung für diesen unerwünschten Zustand verfügbar ist, wird diese bei allen betroffenen Philips TVs aktiviert werden.
Nach meiner Kenntnis sind alle TVs derselben Plattform betroffen (lege dafür aber nicht die Hand ins Feuer):
