Philips: Checkliste Bluetooth Fernbedienung (Koppeln/Entkoppeln/Reset)

aktuell gibt es Probleme mit den Bluetooth-Fernbedienung bei den 2015er Android TV-Modellen /-Fernsehern mit QM152E Firmware . Vom Support wird diesbezüglich folgende Checkliste zur Überprüfung versandt:
Stellen Sie sicher das, dass ein Smartphone mit Android Betriebssystem und Bluetooth Funktion ist verfügbar (Android Version 5 oder höher).
Wenn die Fernbedienung keine Befehle aussendet oder der Fernseher nicht auf die Befehle reagiert, ist es wichtig die Ursache zu ermitteln. Um die Fernbedienung zu prüfen, verfahren Sie wie folgt:
Koppeln der Bluetooth Fernbedienung mit einem Android Smartphone
An der Fernbedienung: Drücken Sie die rote und blaue Farbtaste zugleich für ca. 1-2 Sekunden, um den Kopplungsprozess zu starten (eine blaue LED wird auf der Fernbedienung blinken).
Am Telefon: Stellen Sie sicher, dass Bluetooth eingeschalten ist.
Gehen Sie in die Android Einstellungen > Bluetooth > Scannen nach Geräten > Wählen Sie: PHLRC
Drücken Sie die Pfeiltasten auf der Fernbedienung nach unten/oben. Wenn das Telefon auf die Fernbedienungsbefehle reagiert machen Sie weiter mit Schritt F. Wenn nicht machen Sie weiter mit Schritt E.
Drehen Sie die Fernbedienung auf die Rückseite und drücken Sie die Pfeiltasten aus dieser Seite. Wenn das Telefon nicht reagiert, ist die Fernbedienung nicht mit dem Telefon gekoppelt. Kontaktieren Sie den Philips TV Support.
Entfernen Sie die Kopplung wie unten beschrieben.

Entkoppeln der Fernbedienung:
Drücken Sie danach die Powertaste am TV für 5 Sekunden . Eine Menüeinblendung wird auf dem Fernsehbildschirm angezeigt, nachdem Sie die Taste losgelassen haben.
Halten Sie die „Rote“ und „Blaue“ Farbtaste auf der Fernbedienung zugleich für ca. 5 Sekunden gedrückt, um die Fernbedienung mit dem Fernseher zu koppeln.
Fertig! Der Fernseher wird eine Meldung über die erfolgreiche Kopplung anzeigen .
