Philips: Kommt ein Update für das Tonaussetzer-Problem?

wie ich so höre, soll es bald ein Update für verschiedene TV-Serien geben, das das altbekannte Tonaussetzer-Problem lösen soll. Beispielsweise kann es bei der Nutzung von BOSE-Sound-Systemen bei Dolby-Mehrkanalton zu Aussetzern kommen, da deren Decoder Probleme mit variablen Samplingfrequenzen haben (siehe hier ). Philips TVs erlauben aber die variable Ausgabe (was innerhalb der Spezifikation liegt).
So wie ich es verstanden habe, soll wohl jetzt auf TV-Seite ein Änderung stattfinden, damit die Tonaussetzer aufgrund der Inkompatibilitäten der Geschichte angehören.
Die Updates sollen sich bereits in der Testphase befinden. Welche Serien ein Update erhalten werden, ist mir nicht bekannt.
Ich hoffe, dass die Updates wirklich kommen werden. Das wäre echt eine tolle Nachricht. Aber man sollte das erst Mal entspannt abwarten…
