Tachchen,

wie bereits erwähnt, brauchen die 2011er TV-Geräte ein Update der Standby Firmware, damit ein Neustartproblem in Kombination behoben werden kann. Hier nun die Anleitung und die Links für die Installation:

  1. TV muss mindestens Firmware 14.104 erfolgreich installiert haben.
  2. In den TV-Modus wechseln und auf der Fernbedienung 123654 drücken. Nun ist man im CSM (Consumer Service Menü). Hier kann man nichts kaputt oder falsch machen. Jetzt kann man mit den Hoch-/Runtertasten der Fernbedienung zwischen drei Seiten wechseln. Auf Seite 2 unter 2.1 “Current Main Software” schaut man nach, ob dort Q5551 oder Q5553 steht. Dies ist wichtig, um das richtige Update für die Installation auszuwählen.
  3. Einen USB-Stick nehmen und mit FAT formatieren (Achtung! Alle Daten werden bei einer Formatierung gelöscht).
  4. Einen Ordner mit dem Namen “upgrades” auf dem Stick erstellen (ohne “”).
  5. Standby-Firmware-Download (siehe Update 5 unten)
  6. Den Download entpacken und die “StandbyFactory_Q5551_92.0.0.0.upg” bzw. die “StandbyFactory_Q5553_92.0.0.0.upg” in den Ordner “upgrades” auf dem USB-Stick kopieren.
  7. USB-Stick an den TV anstecken
  8. “Home” –> “Konfiguration” –> “Software Einstellungen” –> “Lokale Upgrades”
  9. Nun die “StandbyFactory_Q5551_92.0.0.0.upg” bzw. die “StandbyFactory_Q5553_92.0.0.0.upg” auswählen und den Update-Vorgang starten.
  10. Nach der erfolgreichen Installation, sollte der TV automatisch neu starten. Dies unbedingt abwarten (2 Minuten warten). Jetzt den TV in Standby bringen (2 Minuten warten, bis alle TV-Komponenten sich ausgeschaltet haben). Jetzt den TV stromlos (Stecker ziehen) machen. Nach zwei Minuten wieder den TV neustarten. Wenn jetzt der TV wieder läuft, wieder ins CSM gehen (siehe Punkt 2) und prüfen, ob unter 2.2 die neue 92.x Standby-Firmware zu sehen ist.
