Netflix zertifiziert TV-Geräte als “Netflix Recommended TV” (Von Netflix empfohlene Fernseher), wenn Sie bestimmte Voraussetzungen und Funktionen erfüllen.
Alle Fernseher mit der Kennzeichnung „Netflix Recommended TV“ wurden einem eingehenden Testverfahren unterzogen. Die Kriterien und Bezeichnungen werden jedes Jahr überarbeitet, sodass die Liste stets die besten neuen Geräte zum Streamen von Netflix und anderen Diensten enthält. Im Jahr 2017 muss ein Smart-TV mindestens 5 der folgenden 7 Kriterien erfüllen, um sich die Kennzeichnung eines „Netflix Recommended TV“ zu verdienen.
