wer mir erst seit kurzem folgt, sollte mitbekommen haben, dass ich Anfang Oktober mein 10jähres Blog-Jubiläum gefeiert hat. Leser der ersten Stunde wissen, dass dieser Blog ursprünglich als meine eigene Knowledgebase für meinen damals noch im Versand befindlichen 2010er Philips Cinema 21:9 (58PFL9955H/12) gedacht war. Nachdem dieser im zweiten Jahr ein paar Problemchen machte und ich das damals neu eingeführte Service-Konzept testete , wurde dieser im Sommer 2012 gegen den Nachfolger (58PFL9956H/12) getauscht. Seitdem lief dieser im Allgemeinen zufriedenstellend. Bis gestern…
Eigentlich fing es schon ein paar Tage vorher an. Ab und zu meldete der TV, dass ein USB-Gerät an/aus geschaltet wird. Ich habe mir dabei nichts wirklich gedacht, da die USB-Recording/TimeShift HDD das in den letzten 8 Jahren schon öfter getan hat (selbst nach der Umstellung des EPG im letzten Jahr ).
Vorgestern jedoch kam diese Einblendung ständig. Genervt habe ich dann die USB-Platte entfernt. Jedoch kam die Meldung weiterhin. Dann fiel es mir wieder ein. Der Cinema ist einer der wenigen Modelle von 2011, die bereits WLAN integriert haben und nicht als extra USB-Dongle als Zubehör gekauft werden musste. Intern ist im Endeffekt einfach ein USB-WLAN-Dongle per Kabel am SSB-Mainboard verbunden (im Gegensatz zu dem externen USB-WLAN-Dongle hatte die interne Lösung noch zwei zusätzliche Antennenkabel). Da es zu später Stunde war, hab ich den Fernseher einfach ausgeschaltet.
Am nächsten Abend kam dann das Erwachen. Der TV ließ sich nicht mehr einschalten. Keine Reaktion. Keine Status-LED. Nichts. Also der erste Versuch: den Hardware An/Aus-Schalter betätigen und ein Cold-Reboot durchführen (ja, die alten Modelle hatten noch einen richtigen An/Aus-Schalter). Erster Erfolg: Das Panel geht an und das Philips Logo ist zu sehen. Dann geht das Panel aus und nichts passiert weiter. Keine Status LED, kein Ton, kein Ambilight.
Was macht man? Den TV aufschrauben und erstmal den WLAN-Dongle abziehen.
Da im Liegen nicht so richtig der TV bedient werden kann, einfach wieder Fuß ranschrauben (damit ich auch weiß, wo jede Schraub hingehört, gibt es natürlich davon auch ein Foto für euch):
Also nochmal von vorn: Stecker rein, Hard-Switch ein und den Startvorgang für die Standby-Phase beobachten (gleich mal auf Video festgehalten):
Da sich weiterhin nichts am Einschaltvorgang geändert hat, habe ich die Rückseite und die verbauten Platinen währendessen geprüft. Ein paar Status-LEDs gehen auf verschiedenen Platinen an, Transistoren geben übliche Geräusche von sich. Jedoch kommt es zu einem komischen Verhalten: Alle LEDs gehen aus, kurze Pause, wieder an… wie eine Schleife. Der TV versucht krampfhaft in die Standby-Phase zu kommen, hängt aber fest und versucht es wieder und wieder.
Um zu schauen, ob auf dem SSB noch irgendwas passiert, habe ich einen USB-Stick mit LED angeschlossen, jedoch bleibt diese immer aus.
Ist das SSB kaputt? Was könnte es sein? Ist ein Techniker der alten Schule (wer kennt noch die TV550 Plattform?) unter meinen Lesern? Soll ich das SSB auf gut Glück tauschen (soll ich dafür noch Geld ausgeben)?
