Philips: Lösung für Fernbedienungsprobleme bei OLED TVs

in den letzten Monaten gab es immer wieder Beschwerden, dass bei bestimmten Philips OLED TV-Modellen die Fernbedienung nicht richtig funktionierte bzw. man immer genau auf den TV zielen muss, damit Befehle ankommen. Hierfür gibt es jetzt eine Lösung. Zur Beruhigung: Mit dem TV-Gerät ist alles in Ordnung, jedoch kann die Fernbedienung getauscht werden. Um herauszufinden, ob die eigene Fernbedienung betroffen ist:
Batteriedeckel der Fernbedienung entfernen
Modellnummer prüfen:
RC-APG17-420 => alte Fernbedienung (mit Problemen)
RC-APG60-420 => neue Fernbedienung (ohne Probleme)
Wer Probleme hat und die alte Version besitzt, sollte sich an den lokalen Philips Service wenden.

Philips: Fernbedienung (nur links) mit ggf. Problemen (873, 973, 803) Noch als Hinweis: Die Fernbedienung hat einen Neigungssensor, um festzustellen, ob die Tastaturseite oder die normale Seite oben ist und entsprechend korrekt auf den TV gerichtet wird. Die jeweilige nach unten zeigende Seite wird dabei deaktiviert.
