Philips 2014: Lösung für das Ambilight-Rot-Problem (Update 1)

Tachchen,

einige (aber nicht alle) der aktuellen [Update 1] 7909er und [/Update 1] 8xx9er Android-Ambilight-TV-Geräte haben das Problem, dass einige Ambilight-LEDs kein reines Rot darstellen können. Aktuell verteilt der Philips Support via E-Mail und via Facebook (über das Forum geht es ja aktuell nicht) eine Software-Lösung, die ich euch nicht vorenthalten will:

  1. Download: hier
  2. USB-Stick mit FAT formatieren und die beiden Dateien aus der ZIP-Datei in die Wurzel des leeren USB-Sticks kopieren
    1. autorun.upg
    2. visibleupgraderesult.txt
  3. TV starten und USB-Stick einstecken
  4. Software-Update wird automatisch geladen und der TV startet selbständig neu
  5. nach dem Neustart erscheint der Android-Update-Screen und ein paar Sekunden später ein grünes Bild (Update erfolgreich geladen), bitte hier nicht am statisch weißen Ambilight stören, das ist im Update-Screen immer weiß
  6. USB stick entfernen
  7. TV mit Fernbedienung ausschalten
  8. Stromstecker ziehen
  9. 2 Minuten warten
  10. TV neu starten
  11. Fertig

Jetzt sollte das Ambilight auch wieder Rot können.
