Philips: Geänderter Update-Prozess bei Android-TVs

mit den Android TV-Geräten kommt auch eine neue Updateprozedur:
“autorun.upg” im Wurzelverzeichnis eines USB-Sticks bleibt gleich
Upgrade Dateien sind “etwas” größer als bisheriges Updates (~400MB). Sobald der Stick am TV eingesteckt ist, “lädt” der TV das Update erst mal “runter” (das Update wird in den internen Speicher übertragen).
Anschließend startet der TV neu (das soll so, keine Panik).
Nun erscheint der eigentliche Installationsscreen, wer bei einem Androiden-Gerät schon mal Updates gemacht hat, wird diesen von der Art her erkennen.
Das Update dauert aufgrund seiner Größe länger als man das bisher gewohnt ist.
Der TV startet nach dem Update automatisch neu.
Anschließend müssen die Apps neu initialisiert werden, auch wenn der TV scheinbar normal läuft, es kommt noch eine zusätzliche Meldung, die man auch von anderen Androiden kennt (“Apps werden aktualisiert x von x”).
Aktionen wie, Stromlos etc. sind vorerst nicht notwendig.

Ab Firmware Version 9.32.118 für die 2014er Android-TVs ist es notwendig, den TV mind. 1 Minute vom Strom zu trennen.

Wenn der TV wieder läuft: 5 Minuten an lassen, dann in Standby bringen
Um zu prüfen, in welchem Status sich der TV befindet, empfehle ich eine USB-HDD/-Stick mit Status-LED. Erst wenn die Status-LED aus ist, ist der TV richtig runtergefahren. Auch hilfreich ist es – falls der TV via LAN am Router/Switch hängt – die LAN-LED am Router/Switch zu beobachten. Erst wenn dies aus ist, ist der TV richtig aus!
Bildschirm aus ist nicht immer gleich Standby!!!
Stecker ziehen für 2 Minuten
Stecker wieder einstecken. Jetzt warten, bis der TV im richtigen Standby ist (siehe Beschreibung bzgl. einer Status-LED am USB-Gerät/LAN)
Jetzt TV wieder anschalten und 5 Minuten warten bis zur ersten Interaktion. Der TV macht beim Kaltstart so Einiges, was Zeit braucht.
Ich würde den TV jetzt nochmal Aus- und wieder einschalten via Standby. Aber bitte die Wartezeiten einhalten (richtige Standby)
