es gibt ein Update für TV-Geräte mit Funk-Fernbedienungen.
Fehlerbeschreibung:
“No normal RC reaction, double keypress needed on the RC before the TV reacts”

Problembehebung:
Die Fernbedienung muss die Herstellungswoche 1218 (2012-05-03) oder neuer haben. Dies kann nachgeprüft werden, indem der Batteriedeckel der Fernbedienung geöffnet wird. Im Inneren ist die Angabe aufgedruckt. Wenn die Fernbedienung älter ist, muss die Fernbedienung ersetzt werden (Service anrufen).
In den TV-Modus wechseln und auf der Fernbedienung 123654 drücken. Nun ist man im CSM (Consumer Service Menü ). Hier kann man nichts kaputt oder falsch machen. Jetzt kann man mit den Hoch-/Runtertasten der Fernbedienung zwischen drei Seiten wechseln. Nun geht man auf Seite 2 und überprüft unter “2.9 RF4CE Software” die Version. Wenn die Software älter als 0.12.0.0 ist, muss ein Update durchgeführt werden.
Das Update kann auf zwei Wegen durchgeführt werden: Via USB-Stick oder via IP-Push.
Via USB-Stick
Es wird ein USB-Stick mit mind. 100 MB freien Speicher benötigt (keine USB-Festplatte nutzen)
Stick mit FAT formatieren
einen Ordner “upgrades” erstellen (ohne “”)
Update herunterladen , ZIP entpacken und die entpackte Datei “updateRF4CE_prod_v20120501-12.upg” in den Ordner “upgrades auf dem Stick kopierenStick vom PC sicher entfernen
alle USB-Geräte vom TV abziehen und TV starten
Stick anstecken
“Home” –> “Konfiguration” –> “Software Einstellungen” –> “Lokale Upgrades”
Die Datei auswählen und mit OK den Update-Prozess starten. Wenn das Update beendet ist, kommt eine Benachrichtigung. USB-Stick anschließend entfernen.
Jetzt den TV in Standby bringen (2 Minuten warten, bis alle TV-Komponenten sich ausgeschaltet haben). Jetzt den TV stromlos (Stecker ziehen) machen. Nach zwei Minuten wieder den TV neustarten. Wenn jetzt der TV wieder läuft, wieder ins CSM gehen (siehe Punkt 2) und prüfen, ob unter 2.9 die neue Version zu sehen ist.

Update 1 (24.12.2012):
Da es ein paar Ungereimtheiten bzgl. der betroffenen TV-Modelle gibt, hier meine Vermutung (hab schon eine Anfrage bei Philips gestellt).
Man schaut sich im CSM Punkt 2.9 “RF4CE Software” an:
wird dort “RF4CE_255.255.0.0” angezeigt, enthält der TV nur einen Infrarotempfänger
wird dort z.B. “RF4CE_0.10.0.0” angezeigt, steckt im TV ein Funkempfänger
hier kann man nun das Update installieren und nach dem erfolgreichen Update steht hier “RF4CE_0.12.0.0”
Dementsprechend sollte der 6907 nicht zu den betroffenen TVs gehören, dafür aber die Sondermodelle 6777, 6877 und 6687.
