{"id":616,"date":"2011-04-26T15:43:59","date_gmt":"2011-04-26T15:43:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/58pfl9955.wordpress.com\/2011\/04\/26\/problembehebung-bei-philips-tvs-interner-speicher-zu-voll\/"},"modified":"2024-02-18T11:45:50","modified_gmt":"2024-02-18T10:45:50","slug":"problembehebung-bei-philips-tvs-interner-speicher-zu-voll","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/2011\/04\/26\/problembehebung-bei-philips-tvs-interner-speicher-zu-voll\/","title":{"rendered":"Problembehebung bei Philips TVs (interner Speicher zu voll)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tachchen,<\/p>\n<p>es kann vorkommen, dass die Philips TVs Probleme bereiten, da die intern geschriebenen Protokoll-Dateien zu gro\u00df sind bzw. zu viel Speicherplatz belegen.<\/p>\n<p>Folgende <strong>Symptome<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen darauf hinweisen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software-Updates k\u00f6nnen nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden (im 3ten Schritt bleibt der Ladebalken bei 80% stehen)<\/li>\n<li>Kan\u00e4le sind nicht mehr richtig abgelegt<\/li>\n<li>Men\u00fc-Eintr\u00e4ge verschwinden im Home-Men\u00fc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6sung<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/2010\/11\/02\/philips-58pfl9955-software-versionen-und-seriennummern\/\">Customer Service Men\u00fc<\/a> \u00f6ffnen (\u201c123654\u201d auf der Fernbedienung eingeben)<\/li>\n<li>Rote Taste auf der Fernbedienung 1x dr\u00fccken<\/li>\n<li>\u201c25327\u201d (entspricht CLEAR) auf der Fernbedienung eingeben<\/li>\n<li>TV ausschalten (Standby), 2 Minuten warten<\/li>\n<li>TV komplett vom Strom nehmen, 2 Minute warten<\/li>\n<li>Stecker wieder einstecken und 2 Minuten warten ohne den TV einzuschalten<\/li>\n<li>TV einschalten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toengel@Alex<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update 1 (5.7.2011):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neustart am Ende genauer beschrieben<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update 2 (12.6.2018):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieses oben beschriebene Vorgehen ist nur f\u00fcr die alten TV-Jahr\u00e4nge 2010-2013 g\u00fcltig (TV550 und Fusion)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update 3 (9.2.2024):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Ger\u00e4te mit Android TV oder Google TV: Es kann vorkommen, dass der EPG (TV Guide) massiv viele Daten im Cache abgelegt hat (gelegentlich mehrere Gigabyte). L\u00f6schen kann man den Cache so:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Einstellungen &gt; Android-Einstellungen &gt; Ger\u00e4teinstellungen &gt; Speicher &gt; Interner gemeinsamer Speicher &gt; Apps &gt; Alle Apps anzeigen &gt; TV-Guide (kann auch die App &#8220;org.droidtv.channels.EpgApplication&#8221; sein)<\/li>\n<li>hier jetzt &#8220;Daten l\u00f6schen&#8221; und &#8220;Cache l\u00f6schen&#8221;
