Dieses Anleitung geht davon aus, dass Windows 7 zur Vorbereitung benutzt wird (sollte aber mit neueren Windows-Versionen \u00e4hnlich sein).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/2014\/08\/20\/philips-genderter-update-prozess-bei-android-tvs\/\"><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: f\u00fcr TVs mit Android TV bitte diesen Blogeintrag beachten.<\/a><\/p>\n<h1>Firmware Archiv<\/h1>\n<p><a title=\"Firmware Archiv\" href=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/firmware-archiv\/\">Hier geht&#8217;s zum Archiv.<\/a><\/p>\n<h1>Vorbereitung<\/h1>\n<h2>Welches TV-Modell habe ich? Was ist meine aktuelle Firmware-Version?<\/h2>\n<p>Um das aktuelle Firmware-Update herunterladen zu k\u00f6nnen, muss man erst einmal wissen, welches TV-Modell man genau hat. Hierzu ruft man das <a title=\"Philips: Software-Versionen und Seriennummern (CSM, Customer Service\u00a0Menu)\" href=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/2010\/11\/02\/philips-58pfl9955-software-versionen-und-seriennummern\/\">Customer Service Men\u00fc (CSM) <\/a>auf. Hier kann man das genaue Modell auslesen. Auf Seite 1 findet man unter dem Punkt &#8220;1.1 Set Type&#8221; das genaue TV-Modell. Auf Seite 2 (einfach einmal Pfeil nach unten auf der Fernbedienung dr\u00fccken) findet man unter &#8220;2.1 Current Main Software&#8221; die aktuelle Hauptfirmware. Ein Beispiel in Bildern ist <a title=\"Philips 46PFL9715: Bilder vom Customer Service Menu\u00a0(CSM)\" href=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/2011\/05\/05\/philips-46pfl9715-bilder-vom-customer-service-menu-csm\/\">hier <\/a>dargestellt.<\/p>\n<h2>Dateierweiterungen unter Windows 7 anzeigen<\/h2>\n<p>Damit man auch alles korrekt verfolgen kann, ist es zu empfehlen, die Dateierweiterungen unter Windows anzeigen zu lassen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windowstaste und Taste E zusammen dr\u00fccken<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt \u00f6ffnet sich der Windows Explorer<\/li>\n<li>Links oben auf \u201cOrganisieren\u201d klicken<\/li>\n<li>Im Men\u00fc nun \u201cOrdner- und Suchoptionen\u201d ausw\u00e4hlen<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt in den zweiten Reiter \u201cAnsicht\u201d gehen<\/li>\n<li>Dort die Option \u201cErweiterungen bei bekannten Dateitypen ausblenden\u201d suchen und den Haken davor <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">entfernen<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Dialog schlie\u00dfen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Download der aktuellen Firmware<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/firmware-download\/\">Download der neuesten Philips TV Firmware auch hier<\/a>)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Auf die Seite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.philips.de\/c-w\/support-home\/fernsehgeraete.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external\" class=\"external external_icon\">www.philips.de<\/a> gehen<\/li>\n<li>In der Mitte dieser Seite gibt es ein Eingabefeld, in das man das genaue TV-Modell eingibt (was man im CSM unter 1.1 ausgelesen hat):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 411px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; float: none; padding-top: 0; padding-left: 0; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0; margin-right: auto; border: 0;\" title=\"Philips Firmware Update\" src=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/image1.png\" alt=\"Philips Firmware Update\" width=\"421\" height=\"140\" border=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Philips Firmware Update<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Nach Auswahl des gelisteten TVs, ist man nun auf den Support-Webseiten des TV<\/li>\n<li>Dort kann man das Firmware-Update runterladen. Am besten man formatiert diesen vorher. ACHTUNG! Dabei gehen alle Daten auf dem USB-Stick verloren!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>USB-Stick mit dem PC verbinden<\/li>\n<li>Windows Explorer starten (Windowstaste + E dr\u00fccken)<\/li>\n<li>Rechte Maustaste auf den USB-Stick machen und \u201cFormatieren\u2026\u201d w\u00e4hlen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 410px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; float: none; padding-top: 0; padding-left: 0; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0; margin-right: auto; border: 0;\" title=\"Philips Firmware Update\" src=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/image6.png\" alt=\"Philips Firmware Update\" width=\"420\" height=\"402\" border=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Philips Firmware Update<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Bei \u201cDateisystem\u201d w\u00e4hlt man \u201cFAT\u201d aus (wird \u201cFAT\u201d nicht angeboten, nimmt man \u201cFAT32\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 261px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; float: none; padding-top: 0; padding-left: 0; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0; margin-right: auto; border: 0;\" title=\"Philips Firmware Update\" src=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/image7.png\" alt=\"Philips Firmware Update\" width=\"271\" height=\"468\" border=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Philips Firmware Update<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Jetzt startet man die Formatierung und wartet, bis diese beendet ist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Update auf USB-Stick kopieren<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows Explorer \u00f6ffnen (Windowstaste + E dr\u00fccken)<\/li>\n<li>Laufwerk des USB-Sticks \u00f6ffnen<\/li>\n<li>Die Datei \u201cautorun.upg\u201d vom Desktop auf den USB-Stick kopieren (mit Drag and Drop in das Fenster ziehen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 555px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; float: none; padding-top: 0; padding-left: 0; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0; margin-right: auto; border: 0;\" title=\"Philips Firmware Update\" src=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/image8.png\" alt=\"Philips Firmware Update\" width=\"565\" height=\"299\" border=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Philips Firmware Update<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Wenn das Kopieren beendet ist, entfernt man den USB-Stick vom PC (rechts unten in der Windows-Taskleiste \u201cHardware sicher entfernen\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Installation des Firmware-Updates<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Update 1, 21.8.2014<\/strong>: F\u00fcr Android TV-Ger\u00e4te siehe <a title=\"Philips: Ge\u00e4nderter Update-Prozess bei Android-TVs\" href=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/2014\/08\/20\/philips-genderter-update-prozess-bei-android-tvs\/\">hier<\/a><\/li>\n<li>TV ausschalten und 2 Minuten warten<\/li>\n<li>alle USB-Ger\u00e4te vom TV-Entfernen (WLAN-Stick, USB-Platten)<\/li>\n<li>TV starten und 5 Minuten warten, bis der TV komplett hochgefahren\/gestartet ist<\/li>\n<li>Update-USB-Stick mit dem TV verbinden<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt kommt automatisch der Update-Assistent und das Update wird installiert<\/li>\n<li>Wenn jetzt das Update fertig ist, kommt die Aufforderung den USB-Stick zu entfernen. Das tut man auch.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend nur EINMAL die Standby-Taste auf der Fernbedienung dr\u00fccken<\/li>\n<li>Der TV startet nun automatisch neu<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt wieder 5 Minuten warten, bis der TV wieder komplett hochgefahren bzw. neu gestartet ist<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt erneut die Standby-Taste einmal dr\u00fccken und den TV ausschalten lassen \u2013 auch hier wieder 5 Minuten warten<\/li>\n<li>Nun macht man den TV stromlos (Stecker ziehen) \u2013 das ist notwendig, da manche Teile des Updates erst aktiv werden, wenn der TV einen kompletten Kalt-Neustart macht. Auch hier wartet man jetzt 5 Minuten, damit alle Kondensatoren im TV entladen werden<\/li>\n<li>Nun verbindet man wieder die USB-Platte und\/oder WLAN-Stick, fall diese vorher verbunden waren<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt verbindet man den TV wieder mit Strom. ACHTUNG! Keine Taste auf der Fernbedienung dr\u00fccken! Der TV f\u00e4hrt jetzt erst einmal in den Standby-Modus \u2013 dazu geht das Display meist kurz an. Dieser Vorgang dauert meist mehrere Minuten. (Fall man den TV mit LAN-Kabel am Internet-Router h\u00e4ngen hat, kann man mal die LEDs am Router beobachten \u2013 erst wenn die LED des TV-Netzwerkanschlusses wieder aus ist, ist der TV im richtigen Standby)<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt kann man den TV wieder einschalten<\/li>\n<li>Zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung, ob das Update korrekt durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, kann man auf Seite 2 im CSM nun die Software-Versionen \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fertig!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>Anhang<\/h1>\n<h2>Firmware-Update mit derselben Version erneut installieren<\/h2>\n<p>Hierzu muss nur der USB-Stick anders vorbereitet werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>USB-Stick wie oben beschrieben formatieren<\/li>\n<li>Auf dem USB-Stick nun einen Ordner \u201cUPGRADES\u201d anlegen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 481px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0; padding-left: 0; display: inline; padding-right: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"Philips Firmware Update\" src=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/image9.png\" alt=\"Philips Firmware Update\" width=\"491\" height=\"287\" border=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Philips Firmware Update<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>In den Ordner \u201cUPGRADES\u201d die Datei \u201cautorun.upg\u201d kopieren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 586px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0; padding-left: 0; display: inline; padding-right: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"Philips Firmware Update\" src=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/image10.png\" alt=\"Philips Firmware Update\" width=\"596\" height=\"285\" border=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Philips Firmware Update<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Datei \u201cautorun.upg\u201d im Ordner \u201cUPGRADES\u201d muss nun umbenannt werden. Zum Beispiel in \u201ctest.upg\u201d. Hierzu die Datei \u201cautorun.upg\u201d anklicken\/markieren und die Taste \u201cF2\u201d dr\u00fccken. Anschlie\u00dfend einfach \u201cautorun\u201d durch \u201ctest\u201d ersetzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 452px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; float: none; padding-top: 0; padding-left: 0; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0; margin-right: auto; border: 0;\" title=\"Philips Firmware Update\" src=\"https:\/\/toengel.net\/philipsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/image11.png\" alt=\"Philips Firmware Update\" width=\"462\" height=\"297\" border=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Philips Firmware Update<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>USB-Stick wieder sicher entfernen<\/li>\n<li>TV ausschalten und 2 Minuten warten<\/li>\n<li>alle USB-Ger\u00e4te vom TV-Entfernen (WLAN-Stick, USB-Platten)<\/li>\n<li>TV starten und 5 Minuten warten, bis der TV komplett hochgefahren\/gestartet ist<\/li>\n<li>Update-USB-Stick mit dem TV verbinden<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt in das TV-Konfigurationsmen\u00fc und dort zu \u201cSoftwareeinstellungen\u201d gehen<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend \u201cLokale Aktualisierungen\u201d w\u00e4hlen<\/li>\n<li>Nun w\u00e4hlt man die Datei \u201ctest.upg\u201d aus und startet das Update<\/li>\n<li>Es k\u00f6nnte passieren, dass eine Meldung kommt, dass das Update \u00e4lter oder gleichalt ist. Das Update trotzdem installieren.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn jetzt das Update fertig ist, kommt die Aufforderung den USB-Stick zu entfernen.
