My name is Ori.
I own a Philips 50PUS7555/12 smart tv.
on the date 25.4.2021, I have updated the tv to version tpn206e_203.2.143.31 and ever since I’m having several problems
with the tv.1. I can’t install new apps from the app store. when I press the “Install” button
nothing happens.2. The tv player can’t recognize some of the srt subtitle files.
3. The tv can’t play AVI codec.
These problems are making my watching experience less pleasant.
I hope that you could help me to solve it.Thank you.
